I have found myself at a loss for words. I don’t know what did it – maybe because it’s February? – but I just don’t have much to report. I am sewing, but don’t have much to show for it. I am not knitting much – still having wrist issues. I am running, but half marathon training would be a subject for another blog.
So….posting will probably be sporadic for the next week or so. Maybe just photos and few words. Maybe nothing at all. Bear with me. If all goes well, I will be back, energized and refreshed with something decent to share soon. Take care friends.
Hi! I discovered your blog a few weeks ago, and I just love the things you make! I’m going to make some twirly skirts for my girls as soon as it warms up!
I know what you mean about feeling at a loss for words. I think it really is the season. Suddenly, this winter has become very long…hang in there!
I think it’s that February end of winter thing. You’ll have your inspiration back soon.
I know what you mean. I hope Spring comes soon.
take your time…
take care.
what is this? i talked with a few people and noone really has much to blog about right now. mid project, ben sick, just uninspired. must be that time of the year. hope all is well with you my dear.
I do believe you are in Ky. (gather this from your profile). I just wanted to say a “hello” to a fellow Kentuckian. I miss the place terribly sometimes (other times I don’t, you know how it goes).
You have a beautiful blog. Happy creating. And safe training and running.

oh i hear you! i’ve got nothing to say, nada. life seems to be rolling along, i’ve even been playing around with some new felty ideas… but i have no desire (?) to spin it all into words. blah… i’ve started asking people if they would blog for me, my daughter i asked last night. she looked at me a little funny and said “why don’t you just write about not knowing what to wite about?”
i do have one idea brewing but it is more about inspiring me i think than my readers. how lame is that? okay, i’m going back under the covers now, see you in march.
ps – your hat is adorable!
that happens. everything i’m making lately is for the miniswap, so i can’t show it anyway.
(half marathon? are you crazy?)
You look so cute in your green hat! =)
I’m right there with you, my friend!
Hang in there. February is almost over.
Take care of yourself. I am sure you will be back with lots to show.
You are so much better at the picture of yourself in the mirror thing than I am! LOL
I feel you. Me too. At least it’s almost March.
Hang in there. It’s February. Be gentle with yourself.
I feel it, too.
aw, the february blues have hit you. after christmas, new years and valentines there is not much to look forward to for a bit. never fear, spring and summer will be here soon! maybe make some delicious cold weather type meals, bake, and knit some fun little projects.
you know how i feel about this fucking month :).

The February slump is hitting everyone (including me.)
I vote you keep posting – your cheerful pictures always make the day a bit brighter!
A picture is worth a thousand words and yours are always a huge inspiration. You make the little bits and pieces of daily life look extra special.
yep. not much happening over here either.
be well, friend.
Have a good blog break, Erin!
lovely photo!! i’ll be checking back and until you’re energized and ready to post more i’m sure i’ll be finding lots of amazing goodness in the archives. *hugs*

YOu mean it isn’t just me????
Take your time. Breathe deeply.
See ya soon!
I think the end of the winter has everyone in a funk. I’m having trouble finding things to post about, too. I think with the return of Spring, new life will be breathed into all of us.
have a good rest time, sweet erin.
february is almost over!
xoxo
Spoken like a true Chicagoan–“I think it is suppose to warm up”…what is up with this winter? Cheer up and make yourself a sundress!
Amen to it all. What’s with February anyway? Get yourself rejuvenated, and enjoy the running. I think that’s what’s keeping me sane right now.
Sounds like me.
Looking forward to seeing something soon.
It’s OK, sometimes a picture really is worth a thousand words. Enjoy your break and take care.
I’ve been feeling exactly the same! Things are happening here, but I just haven’t *felt* like blogging. Weird that it’s happening to you, too!
Are you training for the mini, erin? Go you! 😀
