Still feeling quiet over here.
I haven't picked up my camera much in the last few weeks. Using the iphone is just too easy. When the golden, autumn light was streaming through the kitchen window last week, I started chasing it. There is nothing extraordinary about these photos, but they are my every day which, I guess, makes them special in an ordinary way. I am putting them up here to remind myself to notice the little things.
Also, I miss the old flickr.

feeling the same. i’m just swamped with things here though. computer time is pretty absent these days. need to get past september. hope you’re settling into a new routine and that its a good one! xo
The captures are great and I am with you, my iPhone has become much easier and quicker to grab and post then my DSLR 🙂
I miss the old flickr too. Not just the format, but the camaraderie as well.
Yes about flickr and yes about the ease of the iPhone camera. Me too. Love this set.
I agree about Flickr, but I am finding instagram replaces it a bit. Personally I love seeing the ordinary elements of others lives captured, so I loved this post…
I agree about flickr. I am sad that the community has fragmented because so many people don’t like it or use it any more.
me too, new flickr = blech.
I miss the old flickr too. There were a dozen or so of you gals that I always followed. I loved when you all did your photo every day for a year. Then another year….and another

it’s been really tempting to give up on flickr… i haven’t yet, but once i’m done with this year, i’ll be tempted. love these snippets… the ones that make up our days.
I love the every day around the house. I miss the old Flickr too;(
P.S. What color is your green? It’s so happy;)
Just thinking you might like David Molnar’s book about iPhone photography – http://www.davidmolnar.com – he writes that the best camera is the one in your pocket!
The url for the book is http://davidmolnar.com/free/ or iphoneonlyphoto.com
I was able to get the book free earlier this week by signing up – so you could look out for a similar offer.
i. am. with. you. xo.
I miss Flickr too – especially bench mondays. I’m a rubbish iPhone photographer – just don’t ‘see it’ in the way I do with my dslr. Which makes it even more shameful that I haven’t picked the camera up too much of late.
