…is for Kate. Funny, funny Kate. I adore you.
…is for kites. I look like such good fun, but I was never really good at flying them. That didn’t stop me from trying.
…is for knitting. I have a love/hate relationship with my needles and yarn. When it is good, it is really good. When it is bad, it just sucks. I stick with small projects because if I don’t love it, at least it is over soon. I thought the last project would be fast and it wasn’t. It is sitting on the needles, untouched for a couple of weeks.
…is for kudos. This photo is an old one. Really, I can’t believe I could match recent ones up with the letters all the way to K. Patting myself on the back right now.
sooooo cool! i love your knitting and adore that the posts about your gals are back to back!
cute! i agree that it’s great that your posts with your girls are back to back. i adore your girls’ names, by the way.

Hi, I am Elisa from Venice (Italy).
Your blog is VERY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

I wont make more craft for my house but I don’t know the art of sew.
Ciao, Elisa
I’m with you on the knitting. I have this little cardigan pattern that I’m contemplating, but I’m SCARED!
The alphabet thing is fun. X…what about X! I can’t wait to see what you come up with.
Just went to see Brenda…she is doing GREAT.
ahhh…….wish we did live closer! I would really get you going on the knittin! 🙂
Erin ~this is so fun, I went all the way back to the beginning…I am a Guiness girl myself. (after all in Ireland when you step off the Ferry from England-there is a huge billboard that says, “Guiness, it’s good for you!”
I also think your new haircut is so cute. Not sure how much longer it was before, but it really frames your very pretty face.

I know what you mean about a love-hate relationship. My relationship with knitting is pure hate, although I hope to someday conquer that beast. For now I stick to crochet. I guess my head can’t wrap itself around both knit and crochet.
I love your alphabet posts by the way and your photography skills are amazing.
I have the same relationship with knitting. Hoping this year to “love” it more!
is that knitting project – the one that is sitting on the needles, the one i think it is? The same one i am doing? the one i have ripped out 3x, gave to the recipient on the needles & have just taken back – saying i don’t want to finish it … the needle got stepped on by a small child & broke, half the stitches fell off & you know there is no way to get those stitches back on the right way! I think this is the first knitting project i have ever not loved.
