…is for Erin. But you knew that.
…is for edamame. This is one of our favorite snacks. It’s also a good way to sneak some protein in to the girls’ diets. Shhh…don’t tell.
…is for education. Thank you Mom and Dad for putting an importance on this and paying my way. I appreciate it every day.
…is for embroidery. I remember doing plastic canvas embroidery as a kid and thinking that it was very cool. I loved all the different skeins of floss, the bright colors and all the possibility. I still love it and find myself doing more hand work as time goes on.
…is for energetic. When I am full of energy, I am a force to be reckoned with. When I am depleted, I am still a force, but one that takes an entirely different kind of reckoning.
mmmm edamame! Do you guys eat them out of the pods? I think the ability to shoot food in their mouths is part of the reason my fellas like edamame! Love the embroidered “Erin”. I think maybe I’ll do that on the pencil bags I’m making for my fellas. Have a great Tuesday!
awesomes e day girlie!! always love your embroidery.
excellent!
Thanks again for the tutorials Erin. I am going to have a go at the shirring one. I think I have finally found the courage.

I like that last sentence! 🙂
Good ones!
I think you and I have a lot in common as redheads. 😉
(Blushing sheepishly) I’ve never even heard of edamame…am I a bad mom? Your embroidery looks great–I too, love it. It makes the perfect “traveling” craft!
We’re big edamame fans too. And when I convinced them that tofu came from edamame, then that made tofu a big hit. Hooray!
i like all your ‘e’ things. i’m thankful i live in the country of edamame. and that i found your blog a few months ago.
LOVE the green on brown!
I’m right there with you again on the edamame (yum, we all love it here) and education (a HUGE part of our lives)…
Yay for E, the best letter of the alaphabet!
Please do tell us how you sneak that Edamame into their food without them noticing!
Since you mentioned it…I am curious what your educational background is in? Is that being too nosy??
beautiful embroidery!
yummy edamame. I just recently learned how to say that correctly….embarrassing, I know.
I love the fabric you’re embroidery on in this photo. Beautiful.
