Very Sweet…..looks like a fun day for your birthday girl. Thanks for the peek.
What a perfect day!! Those barnyard waffles would be a big hit in our house. And when I get a new sewing machine I want an embroidery function…SO cool!!
Everything is so cute! Which sewing machine do you have? Do you have any tips for doing the applique? Thank you!
Way to go, mom. You sure out did yourself!
That adorable smile of Kate’s in the last post and the sweet birthday treats that you made are so heartwarming. I love the party favors, too.

My baby jack just turned one on saturday the 10th. do they share a birthday? I must say this was a great time of year to have a baby. No lawn mowing, and you don’t feel guilty about going to bed a eight!
Wow – I love the embroidered towels – what a great party favour!! The cake and the t-shirt are great too! Hope it went well!
Happy 6 to Kate! Looks like a wonderful birthday… waffles, cake, and cute party favors!
Erin,
You are truly out doing yourself! Those towels are the cutest thing I have ever seen.
Also, I needed to comment because I also have the barnyard waffler. We had barnyard waffles on Sunday! I really want the circus waffler but my husband says we only need one waffler. Obviously, he doesn’t know a good thing when he sees one! š
Happy birthday to Kate!
Can you embroider hats, like baseball hats, or know someone who could? I want to get my grandpa a hat that says “Great Grandpa” for Christmas, but I don’t know where to find one.
Kate is a lucky girl!! Tell her happy birthday!
what a wonderful birthday.
love that t-shirt and those waffles look so yummy!
Towels for a pool party?! That’s got to be the best party favor idea ever, seriously.
You’re a good mom š
What lucky little girls. It looks like it was a ton of fun.
So many gorgeous going-ons around here Erin! The towels, the mitts, your studio… I love coming here š
What a great birthday! LOVE the waffles (I’ve seen shaped pancakes, but never waffles!) and the towels look gorgeous. (I’m totally jealous of your embroidery unit) The birthday shirt is too cute, too! Way to go, super mom!
Kate is so lucky to have such a wonderful and thoughtful Mom!
Cutest waffles. Ever. I’m going to have to go google barnyard waffles and put it on my Christmas list.
you really go all out for birthdays! love the 6 shirt. and the towels.
that’s it, I wanna come to live at your house. š
What a cute shirt. Great party favors too. That was a very clever idea.
Wow. Those have got to be the coolest pool party favors ever!
Erin, you are amazing. The towels are so cute and such pretty colors. One question, how did you get the 6 on the shirt to be so perfectly shaped, do you have a template? gail
what a fabulous day!
i want your sewing machine! š
Wow- looks like a lot of fun over there at your place! I love the “6” shirt. I have loved all your applique-style shirts. I have attempted some of my own as I am teaching myself to sew, but mine don’t have the clean finish that your shirts always do. Practice, practice.
so cool! I bet the kids and their parents loved those monogrammed towels.
What a cute post! I love the shirt and the waffle.
I hadn’t noticed your banner until today—-wow, I love it!
Did you knit all of those mittens? Where did you get the patterns? (Especially that light pink one in the center?!)…
My Katie also turned 6 on the thirteenth. She is growing up to be such a sweet girl, but she will always be my baby š Happy Birthday to your Kate.
The waffles and towels are great! Her smile in her special shirt says it all. Congratulations.
Happy Birthday! What great ways to celebrate.
this is great! what a great mom you are š Where did you find the cookie cutters, or what you used? thanks,
Beth
I love the barnyard waffles! š
